Loving myself 10 minutes at a time

It is January 1st and I am already working hard on day 4 to a healthier, happier me. Let's face it folks,
Exercise is not something we love to do. I'm sure there are some freaks out there that love it, but I'm
Just not one of them! I look forward to my water aerobics, and I love the way I feel after I exercise
(Once I talk myself into it!) 10 minutes is not much time at all! I can do anything for 10 minutes even when I'm discouraged and hurting. Sometimes the thoughts of a 30 minute work out tape is unbearable, but10 minutes is so very doable! I love myself enough to do atleast a 10 minute video on days I don't have water aerobics. Coach Nicole can get me through 10 minutes! 10 minutes is better than before- when I was doing 0 minutes. And...I can build on those minutes! So get off your bum, if I can do 10 so can you! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
