Small Changes Challenge...

I'm going to try the Small Changes Challenge. Day 1 is tell someone about your goals so I'm going to tell you!!
Knowing how my January looks, I am going to focus on some very small goals.
Food--minimum 2 fruits or veggies (should be a no-brainer, I know, but when we're busy I don't often eat well)
Water--8 cups (also a no-brainer but I've totally fallen off the water wagon!)
Steps--4000 wk 1, 4500 wk 2, 5000 wk 3, 5500 wk 4
