Small Changes Challenge...

I'm going to try the Small Changes Challenge. Day 1 is tell someone about your goals so I'm going to tell you!!

Knowing how my January looks, I am going to focus on some very small goals.
Food--minimum 2 fruits or veggies (should be a no-brainer, I know, but when we're busy I don't often eat well)
Water--8 cups (also a no-brainer but I've totally fallen off the water wagon!)
Steps--4000 wk 1, 4500 wk 2, 5000 wk 3, 5500 wk 4

    So, again, busy life gets in the way! I have completed the first week of the challenge and will keep at it. I am eating more fruits and vegetables, still struggling with breakfast, but drinking more water. I have also tried to be more mindful of my sleep.

    Whoops, somehow missed Day 4! I logged into SP and kept an eye on my water, steps, etc
    Day 4's task was to try a new food. I am getting groceries later this week so I will do that then.
    Today (Day 5) the task is to stand at least once/hour instead of sitting at a desk. that is now problem for me so that is done!!

    Day 3's task is to eat breakfast. This is something I definitely struggle with. I am eating a boiled egg for breakfast today and will do my best to eat something before work every day this week.

    Day 1 was a success! I got in my water, steps, and veggies!!
    Day 2's task was 10 minutes of exercise--done! Now to make sure I get in my water and steps (chicken tacos for supper so veggies will be covered!)

    I am going to work on following the Small Changes Challenge too.

    If I drink ANY water any day, its a goal met!!
    The 2 fruits/veggies continue to be on my list too.
    My exercise will be no less than 3x per week; and I want to average out to 250 minutes a week.
    Small is good!!
