DAY 1: Stand up, take a step, repeat

At the start of a new year, I am thinking about all the different things that have brought me to where I am today. Being the perfectionist that I am, I could spend all day thinking of the perfect topic for this blog entry but instead I am just going to start. This is the first lesson to share: just do something. Don't worry that it is the best thing to do and don't worry if you aren't completely prepared, just get started and keep going. That's all for today!

    Okay, so my thing for today is to actually do some walking. Been sickly for a few days, so the exercise hasn't happened. Gonna try and make it happen even if my gut hurts today.
