DAY 0: Starting 2015 with a new goal

I've decided to try using my blog for 100 days and see if reflecting on the weight gain/loss journey that I have been on for over 30 years will help me with maintenance. I am now within about 5 pounds of my goal weight and I would really, really like to stay at or within a few pounds of this weight and not head back up another 10-20 pounds again. Maybe something I have to say will help you along your road. Hope you have a healthy and happy 2015.

    Great idea! I have not even come close to a weight I would like to maintain since about 1987 when I started gaining due to a medical issue.

    I think reflecting is a great way to not only help you stay focused on goal, but you never know how your words will affect others...thanks for sharing! emoticon
