DAY 0: Starting 2015 with a new goal

I've decided to try using my blog for 100 days and see if reflecting on the weight gain/loss journey that I have been on for over 30 years will help me with maintenance. I am now within about 5 pounds of my goal weight and I would really, really like to stay at or within a few pounds of this weight and not head back up another 10-20 pounds again. Maybe something I have to say will help you along your road. Hope you have a healthy and happy 2015.
