Blogging again. Back to basics and coming back to where it all began!

Most of you follow me now on my FB page but I am coming back here as well to blog in hopes to increase my accountability and return to the place where my journey started so many years ago!

Today is my first day of my Whole45 program and I am MORE than ready to MELT off this excess weight and get BACK!!!

    Hey friend! I agree about accountability and posting and blogging. I am not a blogger but the more I share and post the better I do. I have struggled this past year as well and put on some weight and so excited to get back on track. I have done pretty good this last week in anticipation of a trip to Cancun on the 18th that I was given on Christmas day so not much time but I will do what I can. It is a process and I am constantly learning and knowing it is also a lifestyle change puts no end goal just always changing goals!!! I am ready to do this with you! - Shelli

    Jen, I am so with you! We can and WILL do this! I had to back off Whole30 as my cholesterol levels went whacko on me and my doctor advised me to just go to clean eating and skip tropical oils.

    Its funny how our mojo comes and goes, ebbs and flows. All we can do is hnag on and ride it out. The important thing is...WE ARE BACK!

    Oh I am SO GLAD to see you over here! After all YOU are my inspiration for signing up with Sparkpeople to begin with! You have had such an amazing transformation and I am just in AWE of what you have accomplished. I was really sad to think you would be here at Sparkpeople. Even though you were gracious enough to friend me on FB, I was hoping to learn more from you.

    I think the Sparkpeople is such a positive resource and I have been meeting so many nice people and love all of the motivation that is in every nook and cranny.
