Winter Challenge Nutrition plan

I will use the nutrition tracker each day and aim for nearly equal percentages of carbs, protein and fats. I will keep my calorie intake near the lower end of the recommended calories based on the exercise I enter into my tracker. I'm challenging myself to enter everything into the tracker every day during the challenge and to never go above the calorie guidelines even on days when I don't eat as healthy as I should. I find that near the top of the calorie range I won't lose any weight, so I need to severely limit the days that I eat that much. I really want to lose 5% and it won't happen unless I'm careful!
I'll try to find a new recipe each week to add some variety to my diet.
I'll make an eating plan before I buy groceries each week, although I can easily change that if I find great looking produce, etc at the store. I'll be bringing my lunch to work each day so on weekends I'll cook ahead so I have nutritious choices to bring to work.
