I am hoping to make a fresh new start in the New Year. I have started focusing on baby steps as far as exercise goes. I started doing the plank twice a day for the last few weeks. Then a week ago I found a wonderful yoga stretch warm-up video on YouTube. I have been doing this daily and I am already reaping the benefits from it. After just this 8.5 minute video I feel open and flexible. This is just what I have needed.

So I went looking for a beginner yoga video and found some wonderful choices. One of my subscriptions is going to do a 30 DAYS OF YOGA starting in the new year.
