Why I want to lose weight:

1-Be able to travel
2-Be healthy
3-Fit comfortably on a plane
4- Ride a bike
5-Go horsebackriding
6-Not worry about weight limit on rides (Disneyland, water parks etc)
7-Feel good in my clothes
8-Be able to shop anywhere
9-Knees will feel better
10-Live longer
11-travel to see grandkids (if I have any)
12-Condfidence
13-Self-esteem
14-Be in control
15-Get out and enjoy life more
16-not mind looking in the mirror.

    Sounds like some great reasons! Now you have to decide what "healthy" looks like on a day to day basis....and don't try to do it all at once....just take baby steps and make changes you don't mind keeping for the rest of your life! Take care!
