Whew! I just finished my first "real" workout in MONTHS. I typically ride my stationary bike, but I don't get out of breath doing that.

This morning, I did Billy Blanks' Favorite Moves DVD. I am sweaty, red in the face, and breathing hard. I feel amazing!!! I missed this workout high.
