day 26 step it up!

Last night was a snack night, had some popcorn (yummy!) and a few chocolates that I got from my dad for Christmas. Everything I got from my family this year involved chocolate in some way, they know me! And I won't have to buy chocolate for quite some time! I may see how long the stash will last, I'm guessing it may be February before I run out, but who knows?

I'd like to get a walk in today at some point, I've been slacking off on my steps lately, even with waking to work twice a week, those 2 days aren't making up the lower step days the rest of the week, and I haven't been making my quasi-goal of averaging 10.000 steps a week, I think I've been below that the past 3 or 4 weeks according to fitbit! So I literally need to step it up! (and down, we have lots of hills in our area!) So for the week ending today, I need at least 15,000 steps to hit that goal. I know I can do that if I get in a walk.

And I need to hit the grocery store (and Trader Joe's) today, my goal is to get out of those places (especially TJ's) without any additional chocolate! emoticon
