I am putting my goals here where they are seen every time I come to my page.
1. no eating after 8 PM.
2. track everything eaten, no exception.
3. walk daily.
4. gym workout 5 days a week.
It is time to get serious and stop denying the problem which is my relationship with food.
It all begins tonight, no putting off until tomorrow any more!
