Hi my name is Victoria and I am new to spark. I am 40 years old and it's high time I take control of my future. I have PCOS and have a very hard time losing weight. I have lost and regained hundreds of pounds in the last 25 years. I am looking for people with the same struggle with weigh for support and encouragement.

I too have yo yoed through the years. You can do this. Just set small goals so you wont get overwhelmed.
