Winter 5% Challenge

I have been really bad with eating and not exercising for months. I joined WW,went one day and stuck to the plan for about 3
. I joined this challenge because I feel that I am finally ready to get going and be accountable. I am going to count calories (feel that this works best for me), exercise doing walking videos every day,strength train 3x a week and just try to sneak in exercise any time i have free time (commercials etc.) I am going to eat healthier. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and try making much healthier meals.
