I like the way it was going (although I was starving myself to death to get to the 2013 mark), wonder how I could slip so far.

    hey my's ok as my endocrinologist says abiut me stopping my blood sugar control for three weeks because i was just tired of the sticking and stuff..mary we all get there and it's ok just start again don't starve my friend find a veggie you can eat when you are hungry sauteed zucchinni or yellow squash or cabbage with butter the butter is a fat but if you use real butter in moderation it becomes a protein alng with that fat also add small portions of meat to your diet when you are doing eerything else right i find the meat makes it go away or any other protein but mostly the meat because of the amino acids in it i also when i am starving (or think i am) drink a glass of milk no not the water the red top whole milk..i grew up on a fARM AND I DON'T LIKE PEOPLE MESSING WITH MY MILK and we all need that little bit of fat in our diets to remain healthy
    as for my advice for the day
