What will it take...

What will it take for me to commit to being healthy? How much weight do I need to gain before I commit to checking in to SparkPeople daily? How much pain do I need to be in before I pull some weight off this very tired body? Being this heavy, feeling this way, looking this way sucks. It really, really sucks. What will it take for me to change?

    I was in the same place a few months ago, Lori, and a friend here (GABY1948) recommended I read The Beck Diet Solution. I didn't, since I think I've read just about every "new" diet perspective. I finally got around to it after a few of her blogs rang true, and I'm reading it. If you want to, you could go to Gaye's page and read what she's written. And if your library has a copy of the book, it might be worth a look. ...this is the first time in a very long while that I feel confident I can change.

    Whatever you choose to do, Lori, remember you CAN.
