It has been researched that writing positive letters to yourself improves your self esteem and makes weight loss easier. I am ready to try that.
You did well yesterday at work. I think everyone had a good time and learned something. You can learn from the incident with misunderstanding Jessica. In fact you should email her a thank you for a great job yesterday. Everyone likes positive feedback. Like the wonderful positive feedback you got on your 6 month review from Will. that is worth a pat on the back, Very encouraging.
