Tips to stay healthy during the holidays?

Christmas is just a few days away.
What I notice this year that now I approach to the holidays with much less stress about eating and exercise. I used to think about as a big challenge to overcome, but I developed so many good habits in the past years that I'm much more prepared.
But one of this habits is to plan a bit ahead with good practices to focus on before.
What are YOUR favourite strategies or habits to stay on track in the Christmas holiday?
This would help me to review mines and add something new to try out.
Here's a pic from my Sunday afternoon walk, I did a three hour powerwalk. This is just before it became completely dark. I had to turn back! :-)
