Pushed myself today!

Today I needed to do day 2 and 3 of my running program.....and I did! I ended up getting in 4.39 miles in 1 hour and 13 min! I was and still am SO happy. My feel hurt tonight because of the longer time, but through the pain will come the results so I will deal with them. Today was the first run in days that I felt back to myself and that felt GREAT!

Will be interesting to see if I lost this week. I really just wanted to drop what I had gained last Monday. Of course I will be happy with anything as I did my measurements and I have lost 8 inches total from my body! Can't even start to say how excited about that I am.

Only goals that I'm setting for myself the week of Christmas is 1) Shakeology daily, 2) run 3x this week and 3) track everything. This will be more of an off week for me but I want to make sure that I do not allow it as a "free for all!". Everything within moderation will be ok.

    dang girl you are KILLING it. I'm still working on it but struggling. I don't know that I could do TWO runs in a day like you! You frickin ROCK....My week 7 day 3 tomorrow and then...we are on the last week. I'm still going forward as I seem to be real close on the "small" runs and just struggling on those long ones...

    Whoa! 8 inches! Great job! How exciting! I am trying hard to figure out how to get through vacation without losing sight of my goals. My biggest problem will be food, not the food at dinners and such, but eating 3 meals a day with my I'm thinking I may head to the store and get stuff to fix my "normal" lunch with and then freeze it in ready to eat containers. The problem with that is I actually have to eat them for them to be beneficial, lol.
