Eating the same thing everyday

After months of menus and recipes.

I find I am more successful eating the same thing everyday. I have found 2 meals that my body responds to as fat burners!

I had thought maybe I was consuming too much dairy, but since keeping my diet to the same 2 meals for a week now, my carb creep is falling off. Soon I will lose more weight. And for the first time in moths I know I will get below 210.

    I find the same thing helps me too. I used to eat the same breakfast and lunch every day when I was losing.

    emoticon I'd love to hear what these 2 meals are!
    Eating the same thing everyday is a great way to know you'll stay on plan & not always have to go through the "what's for dinner" delemma day after day!
