Keep on losing through the holiday season

These are my goals for the 10 week Winter Freeze Off Biggest Loser Challenge that I am participating in. I'm not off to a great start so I am posting these here so I can remind myself. Dates are Dec. 12th through Feb. 19th
1--Exercise five times a week, for a minimum of 100 cardio minutes and 25 strength training minutes
2--Stay in my calorie range and track every single day
3--Drink my water every single day
4--Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetable servings every single day
5--Do the ITC challenges for the team and participate in team chat
6--Lose 20 lbs over the 10 weeks.

I know this is doable, despite having two major holidays, my birthday, and my twins' birthday in there. Those are still only four days. The exercise has been a killer for me to fit in so I am re-thinking what to do about that. Nutrition is always a challenge during holidays and parties. But none of this is a deal breaker. The goals are simple. Not always easy, but simple.

    You have some really great goals here. You know what you want to achieve and what to do to get there. Take it one day at a time and remember success is when you get a little better each day. Each positive change you make is moving you towards your goals!
