Here I write when I have gone up or down in weight and about why..
In 2011 I weighed less
I went on a rinsing smoothie diet for a week where I used a blender
Rather than making juice to keep the fibers. Lost 4 kg
I wrote about which ceramic I made and what kind of glazes I put on and how I made them. I wrote about exhibiting plans/ Publicity/ Courses to make
------------------------- Focusing on ceramics rather than food is Good
Being with people where there is cakes and candy put in front of the nose is dangerous
Visiting my mother who has lots nuts and peanut butter is dangerous
When I eat the wrong things at people it is because there are not better choices
----- Here I have to bring self-defense food
When I eat the wrong things at my mother it is because I am bored
A good thing to do would be to bring my swimming suit and go swimming in a public pool some blocks away. This would also please my mothers conscience
October 2012 I weighed 90.3 kg with fat percent 33.7
Now I weigh about 95 kg and fatpercent is about 34.5
After I had been over 94 kg – I went down to 90.9 kg , 34.6 fatpercent march 2013 after I had been very conscious about weight and made a competition with my neighbor.
-- Competition is good
Sometimes I forget to take my medicine Eltroxin against to low metabolism. Then I put 1-1½ kg on in 1 day
30th march 2013 I was over 96 kg and 17th of April I was 90.7 kg. Between these dates I have been conscious about exercise.
It is also water I have lost as I did not drink enough
22nd may I was as slender as 89.5 kg with fatpercent down to 33.0
In the period before I have been conscious about getting enough exercise
Then I went up to around 92 kg . mainly because of eating nuts or cakes or peanut butter
And this spring and summer I had a job that meant I did not have the same possibility of exercising with rowing and bicycling
In the middle of August I was 91.9 kg 33.6 fatpercent.
Then I got lunatic of working the whole summer with practically no free time and took some strong medicine in order to avoid hospitalization. This I succeeded.
I think I also ate wrong. In one week I came up to 101 kg. I have never been so fat before
Well – now I am about 95 kg.
Looking at my past gives me hope.
I think I will go and talk to my neighbor about a new competition.
