Well this is the end of our 1st week and I'm bummed stayed the same but happy I didn't go up.

Considering it was my birthday week and I had a Christmas party last Friday. I'm happy I stayed the same and didn't go up like I normally would have.

Part of my goal during this challenge is to do more strength training and work on these abs. So I got in 4 days of 20 - 30 min and 2 days of 10 min abs. I need to make sure I continue you this as we go on. One thing I forgot to do is my measurements again so I will make sure I do those tonight.

I went to my previous Christmas party last Friday and one of my friends had a pic of me and my other girlfriend from last year. I can't believe the difference. I really didn't think I was that bad. HOLLY COW what a difference. emoticon

    You might be bummed by ONE WEEK but you shouldn't be. I truly admire your journey as I have seen it through the Fall challenge and into thee Winter including the every difficult interim period. Your steps and gradual weight loss truly amaze me. I'm so glad you got to see a picture from a year ago. I suspect that might have been all the motivation you needed to keep going strong!
