Day 16 get to it!

Well last night was supposed to be a snack night, but instead we were invited to our neighbor's for a Hanukkah celebration, and we got back later than we normally go to bed, so, no snacking! I'll see how it goes tonight, I may or may not snack (I had the every other day plan going so I would be able to snack on my birthday if I wanted, but that's tomorrow....) I think I should be able to get back on track. Getting in late meant getting to sleep late, which led to getting up later than usual! I slept in until after 5:30 this morning...so I'm not sure how that will affect the rest of my day. I may or may not get all my planning morning routine in, but then again maybe I will!

I have Pilates scheduled this afternoon at 4:30, so that dictates when I need to be at work. And then can I fit in a short yoga/meditation? I probably can, but need to get to it!
