Note To Self: Remember Your Daily Success Strategies!

I've been struggling since Halloween. On the Gastric Bypass Team page I found a thread about "Holiday Strategies". Made me realize just how far I've gotten from my DAILY success strategies. So to remind myself:
+Constantly sip HOT, low/no calorie drinks
+Make (and eat) weekly staple pot of soup (beans, veg or other broth based)
+DONT buy crackers/breads/carbs (including candy/cookies, etc.) that I eat until I throw up
+Control portions by using small dishes/utensils
+Only have ONE serving
+Daily Vitamins & Protein drink
+Check in with SP: Read & Post
+Daily weigh in
+Walk (more than just to the mailbox and back!)
+Wear 'fitted' (not tight) clothes (banish the baggy sweats)
+Self Care: some level every day - make up, hair (bye bye dark roots!), pedicures, bubble baths, pleasure reading/ internet surfing (luv Pinterest kitties), retail therapy (try-on clothes sprees. I'm not buying until my current clothes are too big.)
WOW! I've gotten SO FAR AWAY from my program!
