Hello fellow readers (I know I have a couple, ha, ha, ha)
It's been a while since my last post. -As a matter of fact, I've been really busy-
doing a lot, A LOT of new stuff!!
As you must know, if you have been following my posts, This has been a great year for me! Amazing and Unexpected changes, a lot of achievements, a lot of work, changing mindsets, lifestyle, and adopting new routines. (I also became and American Citizen and a Firefighter) What an Honor!!
Anyway... My life has changed so much, that sometimes freaks me up!!
But I receive every new day, and every new challenge with great joy and satisfaction.
I check my pictures last year and I can't believe that I have accomplished that much.
I'm in a plateau now, but let's see... December 2013= 285 Lbs
December 2014=205 Lbs.... Easy to read.
December 2013= Sleep Apnea, High Blood Pressure, Chronic Knee and back pain
December 2014= 130/80 mmHg Blood pressure, No Sleep Apnea, No Hypertension Medication, No Knee pain.
December 2013= Physical Activity=0
December 2014=Workout daily. Spinning, Insanity, Boot camp, TRX (My Favorite), Weight lifting.
December 2013= Pant size=38-40, Shirt XL
December 2014=Pants=36 Shirt M!!! OMG!!!!
I wore size M when I was in High School!!! (1982)
-That I feel is one of my biggest accomplishments-
I congratulate myself EVERYDAY
I couldn't do that without the support of my SP friends!
The top of my achievements: Be a member of this greater than life brotherhood. Been a Firefighter! Is like a dream come true! I'm the oldest in my group, and been an over achiever as I am I found more and more excitement doing and learning the routines, and I'm just scratching the surface!!!
I'm still far from my personal goal, but I'm grateful for what I've achieved so far.
Thanks to all of you! Barb, Steelkickin, Brandiloses, Uknowitnow, and the rest of you that make me happy everyday I read about you, Thanks for being in my life! I wish you the best in this holidays and looking forward for great things in the years to come!
Bless you all!!!!
Frank.... Out!
