November Results & December Goals

Although I didn't quite make my weight loss goal of 182, I'm happy that I at least dropped 0.5# down from 183.5 to 183. Baby steps is what I'm taking as I work to get myself back on track.

So I'm at a new weight of 183 to start out December. My goals for the month are:

*Being consistent with water intake of 8 cups daily
*5 Daily servings of Freggies
*Keep a sleeping pattern of 7 hours minimum nightly
*Walking daily , reaching a weekly goal of 120 minutes to reestablish a workout program
*Reach a weight of 182

Ready to make this a month of new motivation & strategies.
