Well the day started out good and went well most of the day. My DH called and said lets eat out tonight and I jumped at the chance and there went all my good intentions. At least I didn't drink alcohol or coke. I had fried fish and 2 biscuits from Cracker Barrel and ate baked potato with sour cream. Afraid to add up the calories. Why did I eat all that? Guess I just wanted to. I know I was hungry and got caught up in all the traffic for the President's visit so we didn't get to the restaurant till after 7 and I ate lunch at 12:30. Did have a snak at 4 but still went too long without eating. On the bright side I did not drink a coke which I really wanted. Probably a good thing they don't have alcohol or would have had a drink to. Hope I do better tomorrow.

    Great job on avoiding the Coke...I am not sure that I would have been able to resist at that time! You are making great progress, so don't sell your victories short. Keep it up, and the rest will fall in line as well. Great work!!!

    We all do this. We often beat ourselves after we do so. Just remember to eat a little lighter the rest of the week. Drink more water and do a few extra steps of cardio. You will be fine.

    It is just one day. However, you should track it just to see how badly you did or did not do. It will make you think next time.

    Well you took a step back today with nutrional foods. Though you did great to avoid the wanted Coke & alcohol, so that's steps in a postive direction. Now just take more steps forward tomorrow!
