It's a new day

It has been a long time since I have blogged and been on the SP site but I am back to logging my food and what a surprise. I didn't think I ate that much but when you put it down and add up the calories it's eye opening. I had lost 26 pounds two years ago on the TSFL plan which is Medifast but after the Holiday's it slowly crept back on little by little and I couldn't stop it. I was watching and writing down what I ate, I just wasn't adding up the calories and now that I am back up to the 160's I have to get serious.

I can't believe all the changes to the site, everything has been moved around and I'm still searching for some things.

I started logging again on Sat. and I'm trying to stay around 1300 calories.....it's one day at a time and hopefully I'll get my exercise routine going too. I have to lose this weight "again" because when I was down to 136 lbs. it felt GREAT and it's true...Thin never felt so good.
