Took my Bell pepper and Mushroom Turkey Premavera and turned it into a soup by adding 1/2 pounds Dried Norther Beans (soaked 24 hours) and 8 cups unsalted chicken stock. Also made a large batch of ham and bean soup from scratch add celery, carrots and potatoes. 373 cal for a large bowl 6g Fat 28g dietary fiber and 32g protein also lots of carbs for energy. had lots of fun cooking.
