My Vision Statement

-To live a healthier, more productive life.
-To feel better and more confident about myself- STOP worrying about what others think about me.
-To be a good food choosing role model for my granddaughter.
-To reach ONE-derland and then beyond.
TOOLS-to help obtain my goals
-Be accountable - accept responsibility for actions
-Get moving / stay moving
-Eat foods I love that are good for me
-Drink enough water
-Get support- Don't be afraid to ask to help. support or encouragement
-I am WORTH the time and effort!!!
-DON'T let other make me feel inferior.
-STOP playing head games with myself.
-DON'T let small slip-ups convince me that i am stupid, worthless or a failure.
