It's strange, I've been trying to lose weight for years, honestly it feels like my entire life. I've made many many plans over the years and as always the challenge isn't the plan, it's the execution. I can follow the exercise portion pretty easily, but the meal planning is much more challenging. I feel like I'm either not fully satiated or I'm sacrificing what I really want. It's frustrating because I think I can do it but almost once a week I let it all go and eat whatever I want. I think it should be OK to do that but change is never easy. The challenge is to find a way to work this change into my life.
