Week 5 in review

Doing my week in review a day early because tomorrow I will be busy getting ready for my football game. My beloved Seattle Seahawks will be here in Philly and I bought tickets to go see them. I can't wait because it's been over 7 years from the last time I saw them. YES there will be pictures.
So this week was a hard one for me, I slacked on the runs until the end of the week and then ended up doing the first two days in back to back days. I have day 3 set to do early tomorrow morning, if I don't decide to go later tonight to the gym to get it done with. As I said in my last blog thank goodness that my BFF is doing this with me because this week her focus helped me to not just stop and then be mad at myself!
Three more weeks of this program and then her and I are both done....and I will have a program finished! I have the gift that I'm sending her once we are done and I just know that she will love it! Now we are comparing the DVD workouts that we have to see what we want to do together at the first of the year.
Food was good for me this week and I even had a surprise lunch date on Friday. Because the place did not have the calories on the menu I didn't eat anything and waited and had the lunch I had brought in from home. So instead I visited with my cousin and her daughter over a nice double shot espresso and went back to the office. I'm also ready to kick bum in the food side this week so that I can enjoy myself at a holiday party with my husbands job. They are taking us to my favorite Italian place and I will have cake! LOL
Goals for week 6
1) Runs 3 times this week - NO putting them off
2) Shakeology daily
3) still work on getting daughter to the gym
