Still trying

I've been trying to lose weight for 10 years or so. I've had my up's & down's but I'm still sticking in there. I hope my up coming (new) exercise program will do the trick. Wish me luck, I'm going to need it. WillingTyrant1

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. I have found that changing things up is the way to start weight loss. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it. If you don't take care of yourself you can't take care of anyone else. You can do it! We are here to help!     Keep trying. Work to find something you like. For example...I'm no a fan of cardio, but I enjoy resistance training - so that's what I spent a lot of my time doing. Also, I try to build exercise into my schedule. By building walking into my commute to work, I get 45 minutes of waking in, but it only adds 20 minutes to my commute! I get a "free"25 minutes of exercise!
