Steady As I Go

So I'm three days into my 100 day challenge - not long I know, but I believe in little wins. I've been doing well and I've completed all of my goals so far. I know that I have a habit of over thinking things and I throw everything on myself and then soon realize it was too ambitious. So this time I'm setting simple goals and being really flexible. So I couldn't get to my workout in the morning, no problem, I did it when I got home from work. I broke up my walks throughout the day, I planned my meals but if I didn't want my apple I had oatmeal instead. Before I had too many rules, so now I have options. I'm in it for the long haul.
