Ok so this was yesterday. This evening, I'll post todays. Lol. Need to do better with that.
Fit for Christmas is a challenge I started for myself. Everyday from dec. 1st-Christmas, I'm going to do at least 25 minutes of exercise.
Last night was my second full day of weight watchers. It's going good. I honestly feel like I'm eating a good bit more. If this month goes good, I will continue with it.
