100 Day Challenge - Consistency Is the Goal

I'm a planner, I even consider myself compulsive about planning the future. The problem? I plan so much that I forget to actually pay attention to what's going on right now and when I get too tired, too bored or it all becomes too much I quit. Then what? I start planning again, for the next adventure. So the current plan is a consistency challenge. One hundred days of meal planning, exercise and random other things. In total it won't take a lot of time, but I just need to keep going!
