I stepped on the scale to get a starting point and was a little shocked to see 132.5 appear.
I'm guessing a review of last week's food tracker will shed some light on that.
The goal for today is:
Water intake 64 ozs
Minimum 3 veggies
Maximum 2 servings of fruit
Take the dog for a walk (temps aren't too bad today) DID NOT DO
