New Month..

Looking back...I am averaging between 3000 and 5000 steps on my pedometer. I will challenge myself to reach 5000 every day. I am also challenging myself to log my food at least 3 days/week.
December will be very busy. As well as Christmas coming up, our family will be busy with basketball 5-6 days/week. My biggest challenges with this will be staying organized (lunches, suppers, other committments) as well as getting to bed on time.
I should be able to get my inventory done before the end of the year...just in time to start the new one!!
Many challenges coming up this month but I am feeling optimistic and ready!!
