thurs and fri

thurs - fitbit all green but went over calories considerably. Not too bothered as I still had a calorie deficit.
fri - just about broke even with calories at the high end but no green on fitbit, although close to my targets (28/30 fitness minutes). End of the working week and I had just no energy.
what I did right - switched some alcohol for sugar-free cola on fri night. tracked everything.
fri or sat should be my "free"day but as I was well over range on thursday I shall aim to stay in range today, tho am happy to finish at the high end ..... or just over if i clock up some fitness minutes.
on target (and keeping it that way) for a 1lb loss this week.
