Day 25 snacking and scale fluctuations

Last night was a snack night, not much to say there. The scale has been crazy lately, I think it's my GI tract still trying to sort itself out, but it was way up yesterday morning (like 3 pounds higher!) and down about 2 of those pounds this morning, despite the no snacking on Monday, and the snacking yesterday....go figure!

So today I am grateful for being fit and healthy, well, healthy for the most part, GI issues notwithstanding. I know fitness is a gradual thing, and takes continued effort, and I'm grateful that I have the ability to put for that effort on a regular basis to maintain it. And my glutes are sore from yesterday's workout! Lots of leg/booty work!

    I'm so impressed with your success with this goal! I'm also very familiar with GI issues; when my flare (for lack of a better word), I'm miserable. Probiotics help, but I've also started taking L-glutamine and severely limiting my diary (which seems to be a trigger for me) and those seem to be helping. Good luck.
