tracked everything but I was way over my range. Due to unhealthy snacks bought on my way home from work after a difficult and tiring day.
Fitbit lit up green on calorie burn, steps and fitness minutes but I was just short of my 5 mile target. Bad weather and being tired meant I didn't walk as much as I intended. Also I had to remove my fitbit to charge it during the evening so I may have just hit the 5 mile green ring if I'd worn it instead
what I did wrong - ate and drank too much in the evening.
things I can improve on. resist the urge to buy snacks when I'm on the way home tired after a long day. or get something different. A cookie dough milkshake would have given me far fewer calories and offered some protein instead of just fat and sodium :) I keep forgetting to take a break at work in the afternoon - this might be contributing to the tiredness I feel as soon as I leave work. Add a low calorie hot chocolate drink to my grocery order for some "comfort" during winter evenings. I had half a protein bar for my work morning snack and I could have saved a couple of bites of it for my afternoon break.
still on track for a 1lb weight loss this week.. just.
