Day 24 more gratitude

yesterday was a no nosh night, so I think I'm now at 13/15. 2 more and I hit my goal for the month! emoticon emoticon

Woke up too early this morning, and could not get back to sleep, so I just got up. These pre-5am starts are not making me happy or feeling rested, but I also don't want to just lie around when I could be up starting my day, if I'm not sleeping anyway.

I have my training today, I switched days this week, (and it's my last session that I've paid for) since Thursday is a holiday and the gym will be closed, I didn't want to wait another week to finish out the set. So it's going to be a strange work day, since I'll be stepping out mid morning to do my training then coming back!

On to my week of gratitude: today I'm grateful for my loving partner. Well I'm not just grateful for him today, I'm grateful for him everyday, but I'm putting it out there today! emoticon emoticon emoticon
