Muscle Soreness

I really didn't know at this fitness level that one could still be so sore from working out. I mean my butt hurts, my legs hurt, my arms hurt, my abs hurt; everything just seem to hurt. I have being doing circuit training for the past week now and I love it!!!! It's just that my body aches. Monday I'm beginning Jilian Micheals 30 day shred so I'm kinda like prepping myself for it since it's along the same line of workouts. I'm not going to allow this soreness to cheat me off my workouts; I'm going to give it my all

    Thanks guys, I really hope gym class will help loosen it up since I've realized staying lazy only makes the soreness worse.
