sunday accountability report

finished the day at the low end of my calorie range. Did "25 of something". No green on fitbit but when i realised i'd been inactive I spent 18 minutes walking in place while I watched the end of a tv show.
what I did right: tracked everything and stayed in calorie range. Made an effort to get in some fitness minutes when I realised I both should and could :)
what I did wrong: nothing that I can complain about today
still on track for a 1lb loss this week.
