Week in Review

I am really starting to love my Sunday reviews of my week. I haven't been disappointed in myself or my goals so far. Finding the positive in my weeks are getting easier for me to do and I focus on the bad things. For me I look at the week in a full and if I have more good moments that is a WIN of a week for me. After all this is not a diet, this is my life and I'm living it!!!

One of the best parts this week was my run yesterday. Going into it I really thought that I was going to be sick having to run yesterday and today. But to decide to do both runs yesterday and then do them both so good was such an amazing day for me. It is great to basically tell my inner doubt to "go suck a big one" and claim the victory!

One of my bad moments was eating a full bag of mini chocolates that my husband brought me home. I love the man but gosh sometimes I wish he wouldn't bring me home things like that. I just need to learn to take a couple and put them away or give them away!!

I did not get in all my steps everyday and mostly that was due to all the meeting I had this week. I still averaged a great amount for the week so that is a plus. Now that I'm done with meetings for awhile I will be back at the gym at my work. Love lunch time workouts. I think that I'm going to use that as my running time because it will be quiet at the gym when I go. Plus this will help keep me on track, many times I feel great leaving work and by the time I get home I'm pooped. I know that this is a struggle for find that "golden time" that we can get in the workouts.

Goals for Week 4
1) Shakeology Daily
2) Running 3 days a week, gym time at work the three days I'm in the office this week
3) Don't Over-Do-IT on what I want, but keep track and measure everything.
4) Drink my daily water
5) Continue to love my body....If I can love myself the changes I make will mean more to ME!
