going to write down what i did right and what i did wrong and where I could have improved each day at least up until xmas - if I have the time. Keeping it honest :D I think I will set up a "stay in calorie range" streak if I've not already done so.
daily goals: track all calories and stay in range 6/7 (friday OR saturday I can go over a bit)
weekly goal: minimum 3500 calorie deficit - ideally 5250 or more. 120 fitbit active minutes.
Stayed in calorie range for the last 2 days - scraped by with 5 calories to spare last night but at least it was in range.
fitbit reported 25 of my goal 30 active minutes for both days - not too bad considering lack of time, and bad weather. Both days it lit up green for calories burned (goal 2100 - but I do worry that it over-estimates my burn)
What I did right: stayed in calorie range and got SOME active minutes. could have improved by walking another 5 minutes each day. I could do a 1 mile WATP walk or just walk in place while watching a tv show to make up those missing minutes next time.
