Day 20 Happy Friday!

I'm now at 11/15 days this month of no night noshing....still working the plan of every other night. Last night I actually was not hungry even before dinner, not my usual MO. I'm not sure why that was, but I did enjoy a giant banana for a snack in the afternoon, maybe that was so filling I wasn't hungry hours later? I guess I'll see how it goes today, I have another one at work for today's afternoon snack.

The probiotics really seem to be doing the trick, I'm finally feeling "normal" GI-wise... so I will definitely keep that going even after I go off the low-FODMAP plan, which I don't think did much for me at all. Not that I don't think it works for people with IBS, it's just that probably isn't my issue. I'm still not sure what when wrong, but my guess is my gut biome got messed up back in June/July, and the probiotic is putting it back to right. That's my working theory anyway, I hope it pans out!

My workout with Iain went well yesterday, we did some deadlifts and upper back work, I'm guessing I'll start to feel that later today! I'm switching next weeks workout to Tuesday, since obviously we won't be training on Thursday! That will be my last one at my current gym, then I'll switch over to the new place, still thinking that looks like a lot of fun!
