This week I added more friends and got in touch with some of my older SparkFriends that I haven't talked to in a while. My SparkMail has really been busy.
This next week I will be adding more milage to my SP Tracker and raise my goal by 1000 steps. I started low at 3000 and worked my way to 4000 so up to 5ooo it goes. It probably doesn't sound like much to you but I'm terribly out of shape. 1921 days ago
Thank heavens we aren't fighting the unreal snow fall in the east. We are quite warm and looking at more possible severe weather tomorrow. It will put a damper only on any outdoor activities. 1921 days ago
This is Thanksgiving week. My plan is to stick to the healthy foods that will be available and leave the others alone. I plan to socialize more than eat. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. 1922 days ago
I've done pretty well this week. Made the jump from "walking" to "walking with jogging intervals", so I'm excited :) This week my goal is to stay on track during Thanksgiving. I know 1922 days ago
I've done well with both eating and exercise this week, though not completely perfect on the eating part. Still, woo hoo for me! I'm back into the loving exercise and looking forward to it groove. 1922 days ago
I met my goal of three strength training sessions again this week. Woo Hoo me! My goal again next week is also three sessions. I will have two with my personal trainer. The other one will be totally up to me which maybe a challenge! Especially the day after Thanksgiving! I know I will make it over to the fitness center! The rest is up to me! I hope everyone will take on the day! 1922 days ago
Enjoy your weather and your family this fine day. In Ohio the wind has finally stopped blowing and the sun is out. There were no school delays because of frigid temps, but the lake is still ice covered. This is January weather, not November! I'm still feeding the Buck Stove to stay warm. This feels like a long winter already, and it's still fall.
My goals for today are to go to town to pay bills, clean up the kitchen, and find some more of the hidden Christmas presents to get them ready to mail. Oh, and to do my exercises and eat right!
It has been a week of tapered exercise in preparation for a 5K tomorrow. Weather forecast for tomorrow's race is wind and rain. Next week will likely see another week of tapered exercise as I respond to my body's needs following the race.
