PAWSE a day late

I don't know why I have been having so much trouble getting this done every week. Maybe I should do it on Tuesdays so I'm ahead of the game instead of late! I did really good last week with my exercise and eating. I have started jogging again. The dogs don't really seem to want to do it so I may have to start the two a day by taking the dogs for a shorter walk so I can immediately go back out for run.

This weekend I am doing a cpr/first aid class on Saturday. It is from 9 to 3 so I will have to be prepared with healthy snacks/lunch. Then that evening we are going to a party. I will have a salad before I go to make sure some healthy stuff gets inside of me!

Last night I made homemade carne asada and my husband liked and the kids liked it! Woo Hoo! That doesn't happen very often.

Tonight we are just having leftovers from the carne asada last night and roasted chicken the night before.

Friday - Taco salad with ground turkey, lots of veggies but no chips
Saturday - out
Sunday - Fish
Monday - Pork
Tuesday - Pasta with a marinara sauce

I will also be getting the house cleaned for Thanksgiving and making sure I have what we need for dinner that day.
