Fit2Feast -Day 20

Finally! I am getting well enough to get back to the Fit2Feast workouts. I managed to do one of Coach Nichole's 9 minute lower body workouts. I even got down on the floor! (and got back up!) Pretty good for my bad knees. emoticon
